PreemNeon Ltd is a UK-operated business. Our products are custom made to order. This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns and Change of Mind
As each sign is made to your specification, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty or not as described.
Installation and Modifications
Our LED neon signs are low-voltage products supplied for plug-and-play use. Any attempt to hardwire, modify, cut, or tamper with the sign, wiring, power supply, dimmer, or associated components may void warranty coverage. If hardwiring is required, this should only be carried out by a qualified electrician. We cannot accept responsibility for faults caused by customer modification or installation error.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by third-party couriers. We do not guarantee arrival on a specific date. Courier delays alone do not qualify for refunds or cancellations once production has started.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, tampering, accidental damage, water ingress, outdoor use where not specified, power surges, or normal wear over time.
- manufacturing defects in the LED neon sign itself
- faults with supplied power components under normal intended use
- issues present on arrival or arising under normal use during the warranty period
What We May Provide
- repair guidance
- replacement or remake where repair is not feasible
Remedy and Shipping for Warranty Claims
For valid warranty faults:
- we may provide replacement parts and repair guidance first
- if a full remake or replacement is required, shipping arrangements will be confirmed case by case depending on size and location
Designed Lifespan
Our signs are built for long-term use. LED neon is designed for extended performance and may last up to 10 years at 8 hours per day under normal indoor conditions. This is a performance expectation only and does not form an additional warranty term.
